What is Emotional Freedom Techniques?
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), is a form of emotional acupressure. It is based on the ancient technique of Traditional Chinese Medicine, but it involves tapping certain points on our bodies rather than using needles. Allison helps you by talking in a very specific way about an emotional trigger while you tap on certain points on your body.
Because EFT hails from eastern medicine, the philosophy of a mind-body connection is very evident in sessions. In fact, while working with Allison you will notice that she addresses everything on an emotional level, whether it be chronic headaches or Fibromyalgia. It is powerful in its simplicity and allows clients to experience healing without the worry and overwhelm of needing multiple treatments for every presenting issue. Allison is highly trained in Gold Standard EFT, which means that she can help you with almost any ailment you have, rather than having to address each and every issue with a different specialist.
